If an email address is entered, a link to claim the ticket is sent via an email message. Your transferred tickets will show as sent. When your recipient has accepted them, the ticket will show as claimed. You will receive an email confirming the ticket has been accepted by your recipient.

Go to your events, select the event you are transferring tickets for, and tap Transfer. When you transfer a ticket, the recipient you are sending the tickets to will accept the tickets with our secure system. When the ticket is accepted, we re-issue a new barcode to the person who you sent the tickets to.
Transferring a ticket allows you to send tickets from your Ticketmaster account to other people securely. You can choose to send some or all of your tickets. Fan-to-fan resale tickets may take up to 24 hours for your order to appear in your account. Delivery changes may be available for your event.

Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events. When your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout - your mobile phone is your ticket. To print your tickets, use the browser on your desktop, laptop or mobile device and login to your Ticketmaster account. Then, locate the order for your event and print your tickets. For orders placed over the phone: Your tickets will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase as a PDF attachment.
When you select to Print-at-Home, make sure you have your tickets handy before you head out to your next event. Get your tickets within business days. If it's two days before the event and you're still waiting for your tickets, Click Here to contact Fan Support. We'll make sure you can pick them up at the venue's will call window no extra charge.
